Kapan Ibadah Kurban Disyariatkan?

Ibadah kurban telah disyariatkan bagi kaum muslimin pada tahun ke 2 hijriah di Madinah al-Munawwarah. Sejarah Singkat Ilmu Ushul Fiqih

Ushul fiqh yang kita pelajari hari ini tidak pernah dikenal pada awal agama Islam ini muncul. Hal ini dikarenakan para Salaf yaitu dari kalangan Sahabat, Tabi’in dan orang-orang selain mereka yang mana hidup di zaman awal-awal Islam, tidak membutuhkan kaidah-kaidah Ushul Fiqh . Alasannya karena mereka telah memiliki keahlian bahasa yang mumpuni dalam memahami setiap teks dari Nash al-Qur’an maupun al-Sunnah. Para salaf ini adalah orang-orang yang memahami bahwa Ism Fa’il itu kedudukannya marfu’. Begitu juga mereka adalah orang yang memahami bahwa huruf ما dalam bahasa arab berarti menjukkan makna ‘umum’. Mereka juga tahu bahwa huruf ما memiliki dua makna, pertama , memiliki arti ‘hakikat’ jika hal itu diletakkan pada sesuatu yang tidak berakal dan yang kedua, menjadi bermakna ‘majaz’ jika diletakkan pada sesuatu yang berakal.
